The jaw clenching saga continues. I mean, the sage of me clenching my jaw and causing myself enough pain to have to alternate pain killers every two hours. The doc didn’t have a whole lot of useful things to say, other than showing me how to do an exercise to relieve shoulder tension, and upping the dose of Advil.
Doesn’t that seem like a very angry thing to do–walking around with your jaw clenched to the point of causing pain? The thing is, I’m not angry. It started over the Christmas break, so I blame stress. Stress sucks so much. It is going to have to be my number one thing that I work on reducing this year. It is just ridiculous.
I want a full time massage therapist. That would solve everything.
